Belated squee

Ended up watching both eps last night, but strangely felt a lot better today - the curative powers of JB ;-))


So - initial thoughts...

1. Pretty
2. Most amusing
3. I want a cute welsh teaboy in a suit
4. There needs to be Jack/Ianto slash *right now*
5. Guessed what would happen just before it did, reason that's why Jack has returned to the RAF blue coat - he's half police box.
6. Owen is more annoying than amusing, but I suppose someone has to be
7. I see RTD has guaranteed a male audience by the femslash in ep2
8. Interesting comment about the hand
9. Given some of the topics touched on I would have expected it to set off major bunny breeding, however it has completely failed to do so. Suspect it is due to the plot-centric stories necessary to set up a new series, as soon as we get a few character focused eps I'll probably be right there.

I was going to gloat, but I thought I'd better not. It *really* pays being a beta!

Daughter-in-Law has a theory that Ianto is really an alien android in a suit, or not quite of this century... but either way she heartily agrees that he is cute. Actually, she may have a point. There's something quite innocent and untouched about him... I'm sure that will change, certainly in fanfic and possibly onscreen.
