Just like sand and just as irritating ;) I'm not sure I'd go as far as to say it was under control, but it's a lot more under control than it used to be.
It'll be interesting (kind of) to meet up with my ex-boss again: whether she'll be surprised I coped (and probably taking credit for it), or wilfully oblivious to the mess she left behind. We'll see.
