Oh wow, I have no idea. There are quite a few of which I am rather proud, for varying reasons, but I'm not sure I could pick a single one and say it was my favourite. I like the atmosphere of this one: http://mogwai-do.dreamwidth.org/138729.html?#cutid1 I like the development of the Ultraviolet fic, but that's still a WiP. I like the humour of http://mogwai-do.dreamwidth.org/146475.html and the atmosphere and build of this: http://mogwai-do.dreamwidth.org/147144.html
I just... can't pick one. Some are better than others, but it depends on what mood I'm in as to which I prefer at any given moment.
