okay this is driving me f***ing nuts!

Does anyone know who wrote or where to find a PotC drabble Norrington-centric wherein he is a mutant a la Marvel Comics? I can't remember much else about it. I'm pretty sure it was on LJ. I seem to recall the author had a number of drabbles on the same page with the same theme i.e. random characters from random fandoms given mutant powers, but that's it.

I've checked likely authors, checked tons of recs and links, googled about half a million permutations and I still can't find this.

I will write the fic of anyone's choice if they can find this for me - that's how bad it is...
