In my new world order...

So I was lying in bed last night thinking - for want of anything better to do there - and decided that really it would be a good idea to draft a few basic rules for when I come into power as absolute god-queen of everywhere. Thought I'd try them out on you first, since you will of course form my new parliament, not that you'll have any real power, but sometimes even the best dictator needs someone to bounce ideas off.
